1. Service
Sineta is a tool for advertising your own services and keeping your own records. You write and publish an ad for work you offer; we host that ad, give you a link to share, and let you record clients, jobs and payments.
Sineta is not an employment agency, a recruitment service or a marketplace. We do not find clients for you, we do not introduce you to anyone, we do not take part in any agreement you make with a client, and we do not receive, hold or transfer money between you and your clients. Any payment you record here is money you were paid directly.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what your ad says and for holding any licence, registration or insurance your work requires where you live. Do not publish claims you cannot back up, someone else's photos, or a phone number that is not yours. We may remove an ad that breaks these rules or the law.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use Sineta.
3. Plans and billing
Sineta is free to publish one ad. Sineta Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, and renews automatically at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. Prices are shown before you pay.
4. Refunds
If the law where you live gives you a right to withdraw from a distance contract, that right applies here and we will not ask you to waive it. In Brazil that is 7 days from the purchase (art. 49 CDC); in the European Union and Portugal it is 14 days. Email support@employclue.com from the address on your account and we will refund the payment.
Outside those cases, payments already made for a period you have used are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.
5. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service or use it to scrape, resell, or automate access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer
We cannot and do not promise that publishing an ad will bring you clients, work or income. Nothing in the product is a guarantee of earnings.
Suggested prices are typical asking ranges gathered from public price guides and marketplaces. They are not official statistics, not a going rate, and not legal, tax or employment advice. Minimum wage rules, employment status and tax obligations for independent work differ by country and can apply to you even when work is paid in cash — check your local rules, and take professional advice if you are unsure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sineta and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on information shown in the app.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to defraud us or our partners.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Sineta after changes constitutes acceptance.
